Job Description
- Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Admin to manage and oversee our local network infrastructure, including LAN, VLAN, DNS, firewall rules, and port management. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with basic Linux for virtualization, automation using APIs and webhooks, CRM automation for notification alerts, and experience with Apple MDM, ManageEngine, and Sophos Endpoint Security. Strong PC hardware and networking skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain local network infrastructure: LAN, VLAN management, DNS, firewall rules, and port management. Implement and manage basic Linux virtualization environments. Develop and implement automation processes using APIs and webhooks. Automate CRM processes and set up notification alerts. Administer and manage Apple MDM and ManageEngine environments. Oversee and maintain Sophos Endpoint Security. Provide hardware and networking support, including troubleshooting and maintenance. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in IT network management, including LAN, VLAN, DNS, and firewall rules. Proficiency in Linux for virtualization purposes. Experience in automation using APIs, webhooks, and CRM systems. Hands-on experience with Apple MDM, ManageEngine, and Sophos Endpoint Security. Strong PC hardware and networking skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA), Linux, or related fields. Experience with scripting languages for automation. Previous leadership experience in IT support roles.
