Rate 20LPA Position: Senior DevSecOps Shift Timing: 2PM - 11PM Location: Pune, (Hybrid mode) Mandatory Skills: Kubernetes, DevSecOps, Automation and Azure experience Essential Duties And Responsibilities Support architecture for complex applications ensuring they meet business requirements. Implement best practices in coding with support of AI Perform the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms. Conduct work activities using SRE principles, such as resilience, metrics, capacity planning, toil, Incident management and security Manage cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, operations, QA, etc.). Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Implement and Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency. Build and help transform container and serverless architectures, such as AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Services), Docker and Azure Functions. Ensure software and platforms comply with security standards and regulations. Implement security best practices and conduct regular security assessments. Adhere to access controls and protect sensitive data. Document processes, procedures, and infrastructure setups. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Continuously improve systems, processes, and methodologies. Participate in project planning and execution. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable and high-quality deliverables. Explore generative AI technologies to enhance software capabilities. Deploy AI models for automated content generation and predictive analytics. Other Duties Performs other duties as assigned by management On call rotation responsibilities with the Service Delivery and Operations Team Job Qualifications & Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience with AI and Generative AI technologies or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the DevSecOps engineering discipline, prefer enterprise engineering experience or equivalent Experience with Application and Infrastructure Operations Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks and infrastructure management. In-depth knowledge of programming frameworks (e.g., .NET, JAVA) and application development. Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) management, including writing and maintaining modules. Proficiency with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including creating and managing pipelines. Comprehensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including designing and implementing cloud services and architectures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, ensuring platform reliability and scalability.
