Network Support L2/L3 1 Collaborating with network architects to design and implement functional AMSYS networks. 2 Assess a company or organizations network and computer system needs. 3 Segregation of local area network and wide area network. 4 Install hardware and software and configuring logical devices. 5 Perform maintenance that all systems are operating. 6 Creating and implementing network security measures. 7 Oversee digital security. 8 Oversee local area network and wide area network. 9 Conducting regular network performance tests. 10 Dealing with escalated network support issues. 11 Collect and analyze data to optimize performance. 12 Drawing up network status reports from Auvik and SolarWinds. 13 Troubleshoot problems with the system. 14 Make upgrades and repairs as needed. 15 Managing and mentoring junior Network Engineering staff. 16 Onboard users to network. 17 Train users on hardware and software. 19 Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. 20 Respond to queries either in email or over the phone. 21 Maintain daily performance of computer systems. 22 Respond to email messages for customers seeking help. 23 Install, modify, and repair computer software using MSP tools. 24 Clean up computers. 25 Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. 26 Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. 27 Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. 28 Gain feedback from customers about computer usage. 29 Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
