This is a Support Analyst role within the Wholesale Production Services team providing support to the Sales , Investment Banking, Research and Securitized Products & ABS businesses and maintaining our in-house developed as-well-as vendor hosted/delivered application solutions. Responsibilities include and are not limited to L1 & L2 Production Services Support for allocated projects in Wholesale Production Services including batch support, application support, user support, incident management, change management and automation initiatives as well as any initiatives that are introduced for improving Operational Stability, efficiency , maintainability and support capabilitiesTechnical Skills:- Must Have : UNIX , SQL (both advanced level)- Good To Have : Python, RPA Tools, ITIL Certifications, AWS CertificationsInter-personal Skills:- Good verbal & communication skills - Good analytical skills.- Should be able to identify problem areas and evolve solutions for the sameCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
