Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling environmental approvals/ clearances of projects across locations.
• Ensure timely completion of all the required documentation & preparedness for approvals & site visits.
• Interact with service consultants, review/prepare STP capacity, technology/design details, water balance of projects, STP technologies include sequential batch reactor & all technical specification.
• Liaise with the Govt. agencies, maintain regulatory and site compliance in terms of water cess returns, waste management, and environmental audit statement as per Govt. rules and regulations, comprehend energy consumption and usage of renewable energy of buildings.
• Liasoning with KSPCB and ensure 100% Environment Compliance Filing of CFE & CFO applications, Filing of Monthly reports, filing of reply to the Notice issued by KSPCB.
• Ensure 100% compliance to the MoEF & KSPCB requirements at all the construction sites.
• Educating all the project heads on MoEF & KSPCB requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry
• Knowledge of New Concepts and Technology in construction Industry
• Knowledge of Regulatory Framework on environment clearances.
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Btech/Mtech in Environmental Engineering 8+ years of experience in environmental role in real estate industry.
