Designation: Trainer / Sr Trainer
Location: PAN India
Qualification: Any Graduate/PG
Experience: 3-8years
Salary Range: 2LPA -3.50LPA
Job Responsibilities:
The individual will focus on capability building for the organization and delivering value to the operations team for smooth delivery by enabling the team with the technical expertise related to process, products/services and systems.
S (he) may get involved with external and internal clients on a variety of training projects.
Work closely with the project managers and operations team to identify the training needs, gather information, facilitate calibrations, conduct process and product trainings and discussions, create various reports and presentations as and when required by the senior management and the clients.
Design and create content for varied domains, including but not limited to automobile, consumer durables, telecom, banking and financial services and many more depending on the organization's requirement. Conduct induction for the batch & maintain the batch tracker.
Assist in preparation and execution of the certification process (tests) and report
results.
Handholding & track of 0-30, 30-60, 60-90 Days performance.
Evaluation of existing training and development programmers and design frameworks and strategies to improve them.
Solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
Conduct Refresher trainings for field & in-house QA/ SME, may require some field travel as well.
Review quality reports to identify training needs and participate in calibration activities
