Job Title: IVR Tester (Genesys) Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 6- 8 Years ONLY Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented IVR Tester with experience in Genesys IVR solutions to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing interactive voice response (IVR) systems, ensuring seamless customer interactions, validating call flows, and improving voice-based applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans for IVR applications based on business requirements. Perform functional, regression, load, and performance testing on IVR call flows. Test Genesys IVR applications, including call routing, voice recognition (ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), and self service workflows. Validate DTMF (Dual-tone multi-frequency) and speech recognition interactions. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and system architects to troubleshoot issues and optimize IVR performance. Use test automation tools for IVR testing (if applicable). Analyze call logs, backend databases, and integrations to verify end-to-end IVR performance. Document defects, track bug fixes, and report testing progress using JIRA, ALM, or other defect tracking tools. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IVR testing. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in production validation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Genesys IVR platform and Genesys Composer. Experience in IVR testing methodologies (functional, performance, and automated testing). Hands-on experience with SIP, VoIP, CTI, and telephony protocols. Proficiency in DTMF and speech recognition-based IVR testing. Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI) for IVR back-end integration validation. Knowledge of database queries (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB) for backend validation. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.,
