Skills: Leadership, Team Management, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Problem Solving, Communication, The Role of the Team Lead is to manage the Group of Manager ,Associate Manager and Team Member in ensuring the delivery of KPI as per SLA-OLA agreed with the respective Sector ( Polymer / Polyester / FID/ Aromatic / Elastomer). Timely ensuring the compliance embeded with the transactions. Ensuring the various external compliance relating to Export , namely, Custom , Excise FEMA and RBI compliance. Business partnering and customer support. Business Partnering - Supporting the Business in achieving the over business goal by providing the required inputs / MIS. Responsible for reviewing, improving and redesigning business processes as part of continuous improvement -Service delivery to Business. Qualification: CA (Not more than 3 attempts),
