Designation: Quality Analyst

Location: PAN India

Qualification: Any Graduate/PG

Experience: 2-5years

Salary Range:2.25LPA -3.25LPA

Job Responsibilities:

Team Leader - Quality Analyst Key Skills: analyze Business, Functional, Technical and UI requirements, JUnit

Must be aware of Quality and Training Parameters of Customer Support with minimum experience

Into Quality & Training.

Auditing Chat and Calls as per the parameters

Analyzing Quality & training needs and implementing accordingly

Preparing the Quintile Data on the basis of Chat and Call Quality scores

Arranging call calibration sessions between training, quality and operations.

Conducting PKT, Dipstick and call listening sessions on regular basis.

Establishing standards of quality of call for customers or clients.

Keep a check on customers feedback and efficiently handling customers concern to meet their expectations.

Revising Quality Matrix as per the requirement

Training and Handling OJT batches, conducting Certification and refreshers training for existing Agents.
