Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Service Now We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients with experience in Service Now. In this critical role, you will be responsible for architecting cutting-edge systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with business objectives. Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices. Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects. Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation. Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions Open to Do POCS and Learning on Generative AI tools and not limiting to python coding, LLM Models etc Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related technical discipline. Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including integrations. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Have deep knowledge on Service Now Modules : ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, HAM, SAM etc. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams. Strong client-facing and consulting skills. Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related technical discipline. Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
