- We are looking for recruiters who have been working in the same area and can build relationship with the customers and consultants We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our teams.
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
- Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.
- Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
- Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
- Need to have experience in end to end recruitment Experience : 2 to 3 Years into HR Recruitment as well as generalist activities for IT based company.
- Building New Network, maintaining client relationship,Preparing database initiating new contacts is Plus - Must have at least 2+ years of experience in End to End Recruitment Process.
