Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems. Maintaining, Configuring and monitoring virus protection software and email applications Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer software and operating system software. Gives support to partners and customers handling Networking projects Ticket based field work Job Specification Experience 1+ Year Experience in Handling Switching, Routing, Firewall, Anti-virus and surveillance. Freshers with CCNA, MCSE or other certifications in Cybersecurity products can also apply. Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
