- 5 - 7 Years 1 Opening Bangalore Role description Job Title: Product Owner BFSI Domain Location : Bangalore Experience : 5+Yrs Notice period : 0-15 days Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner with expertise in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a vital bridge between business stakeholders, client product teams, vendor development teams, and internal development teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful product delivery. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between client product/development teams, vendor development teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and priorities. Define, prioritize, and manage product features based on business value, cost considerations, and customer needs in collaboration with the Broadridge product team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements, create detailed scenario-based user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and track progress against project milestones. Work closely with the Broadridge product team to translate requirements into actionable tasks for the vendor development team, accommodating different time zones. Engage with business stakeholders to gather clarifications, incorporate feedback, and ensure product enhancements align with the overall product strategy. Ensure all product changes are consistent with Broadridges product vision and strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile development environment. Proven experience in the BFSI domain with strong knowledge of cost basis applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with stakeholders and team members. In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices. Experience in managing product backlogs and using JIRA as a project management tool. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones in a fast-paced environment.
