Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mysore for a Solar Project Engineer. The Solar Project Engineer will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining solar power systems. Day-to-day tasks include system design, project planning, overseeing the installation process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems. The engineer will work closely with the team to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in the Solar Industry and Solar Power Proficiency in PV Design and Electrical Design Knowledge of Solar Systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Experience with on-site project management is a plus Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards,
