About The Role Hancod Digital Private Limited is seeking a UI/UX & WordPress Developer who excels in crafting user-friendly interfaces while also having expertise in WordPress website development and customization. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, blending creativity with technical implementation. Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for websites and web applications. WordPress Development: Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into functional WordPress websites. Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and SEO. Implement best UI/UX practices and conduct user research for improved experience. Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Requirements 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design and WordPress development. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX design. Experience with WordPress theme and plugin customization. Familiarity with Elementor, WP Bakery, or other page builders. Understanding of SEO, website performance optimization, and accessibility. Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment. Nice to Have Knowledge of WooCommerce customization. Basic understanding of PHP for WordPress development.
