Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list) Learning Strategy & Development: Ensure all training goals and objectives are met at an account level. Create and implement learning service integration and transition plans, ensuring that all necessary activities are performed in a timely and effective manner. Manage and coordinate the integration and transition of learning services, collaborate with customers to ensure that all requirements are met. Project Leadership: Partner with business leaders to understand learning requirements. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design relevant content. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders (Internal & External). Ensure compliance and execution of all training practices as defined for the business. Design and deploy a new training framework if needed. Work with internal and external customers to ensure that the organization's learning management system is configured to support the integration and transition of learning services. Assess and report on learning service performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders on the agreed goals. Create, maintain, and report details of all work done in a timely manner to various stakeholders as per the agree timelines. Facilitate learning service reviews and improvement initiatives, collaborating with learning service providers and customers to identify areas for improvement. Manage and allocate resources as per business needs; ensure that the SOW terms are always met. Mentor new and existing resources. Conduct ROI analyses to assess program impact. Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Minimum Requirements Knowledge of adult learning theories and methodologies. Familiarity with ROI measurement and evaluation frameworks. Must have Digital Marketing/Content Moderation Training domain experience of at least 3 years. People leadership experience of 5+ years. Must have led a team of training leads/assistant/deputy managers for at least 2+ years. Must have Knowledge of learning and development best practices. A proven track record of training program development and management. Excellent leadership skills Good to have. Understanding of Advertising, Marketing and/or Content Moderation Content Design & Development Skills Experience in handling LMS activities Behavioral Skills and Attributes: Assertive Communication, Conflict Resolution Mindset, Self-improvement Mindset, Resilience Management, Patience, Customer Centricity, Coaching and Mentoring ability and good Analytical skills. Job Description Role Training and development manager should devise plans and approach aligned to organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. Identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that delivers successful business outcomes. Works across many departments to get employees up to speed in both their specific vertical, and the overall needs of the Account. Have backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development and education. Include enhancing employees skills, performance, productivity and quality of work DO Identifying and assessing future and current training needs Drawing an overall or individualized training approach Deploying a different variety of training methods for specified needs and outcomes Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them Manage training budget Provide opportunities for ongoing development Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices Wipro is looking for Training Manager - Trust & Safety - Hyderabad Preferably looking for someone having experience in managing trainings for content moderation teams.
