IT Business Analyst Location :Mumbai Central Experience : 2 - 5 Years Qualification : Any Description : Having Experience of working on an Accounting & ERP Software will be an added Advantage Responsibilities Of The Candidate Include: Should Be Able To Prepare Project Vision Document Business Requirements Document Functional Requirement Specification (FRS)/ Functional Specification Document (FSD) System Requirement Specification (SRS)/ System Requirement Document (SRD) Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) Use Case Diagrams Wireframes, Mockups Change Request Document Customer requirements gathering and engagement. Create scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features etc ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured. Create workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specification after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements. Engage and interact with internal team - developers, QA, testers & managers. Empower the customers through demonstration and presentation of the proposed solution/ prototype. Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback from customers to improve and deliver better value (services / products) to the customers. Engage with delivery team to ensure right solution is proposed to the customer. Support QA/testing team with periodic testing to ensure solutions meet the needs of businesses by giving timely inputs/feedback. Skills : A minimum of 2 years of experience as IT business analyst Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Advanced technical skills. Excellent documentation skills. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience leading and developing top-performing teams. A history of leading and supporting successful projects.,
