Job Title: Landscape Architect Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to lead the design and implementation of landscape projects from concept to completion. This role requires a perfect blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for design and a proven ability to manage complex projects effectively. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop landscape architectural plans, including conceptual, schematic, and construction designs. Lead and oversee project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other disciplines to achieve project goals. Conduct site analyses to assess environmental, physical, and cultural contexts. Prepare and review technical drawings, construction documents, and project specifications. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability practices. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape architecture or related fields. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and local zoning regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,
