In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be Recruit, Develop, and Mentor talent, including applications engineers with unique expertise spanning multiple target industries and geographies Build and maintain the teams overall expertise on Emerson Test & Measurement equipment and their applications Collaborate with Business Managers, Sales, Marketing & R&D teams to align the team's execution to growth strategies and short term business needs Engage with sales to drive mutual understanding and prioritization of efforts to achieve shared business goals Manage ambiguity and drive change management as business strategy evolves Drive engineering execution excellence in all areas of the team Handle special projects or tasks as assigned by management WHO YOU ARE: You are an effective leader who efficiently directs teams and mentors staff.
