Update status of appointments accurately and timely in system
Work with customer in long term as their relationship manager
Support SP in performing need analysis and conversion of sales
Delivering consistently on Goal Sheet parameters
Adhering to PNB MetLife policies and providing need based selling support.
Acting as a team player and reporting the number of applications logged in for the business everyday to the reporting manager without fail
Ensure high level of Persistency & Customer Service to the customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of insurance products and the financial services industry.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with bank staff and customers.
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist in achieving sales targets by supporting the bancassurance channel.
Consistently Identify potential sales opportunities and provide necessary follow-up.
1. Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to facilitate bancassurance operations.
Act as the point of contact for bank partners and customers.
2. Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing timely support.
Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by bank staff or customers.
3. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and other relevant metrics.
