Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve insurance sales targets by:
  Recruiting and onboarding agents
  Training & developing agents on a commission basis
• Supervise agents' activity plans to ensure target fulfillment.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) and update the Sales Management System.
• Motivate and promote agents for career progression within the organization.
• Encourage agents to use the Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales (preferably in life insurance or financial services).
• Key Attributes:
  Strong interpersonal & networking skills
  Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales-driven approach
  High energy, confidence, and excellent communication skills
  Proven track record in sales with a stable employment history
  Strong local market knowledge and client base
• Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream
