Job Description

Key Responsibilities Ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare billing regulations and standards. Analyze billing data and generate reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing operations and enhance service delivery. Train and mentor junior staff on billing procedures, software, and best practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare billing codes, regulations, and industry standards. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries related to billing and provide timely resolutions. Participate in audits and ensure adherence to internal and external compliance requirements. Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management, with a focus on US healthcare. Proficiency in billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
