    Job Requirements Role/Job Title: Senior Product Sales Manager-Trade Sales Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking Job Purpose: Drive Asset (Balance Sheet), flow-based trade business and Revenue for Trade product for the Wholesale Banking clients. Sourcing, structuring, implementation of funded and non-funded trade business for existing and new clients. Collaborate with the client coverage Team and risk Team in order to manage the portfolio risk Roles and Responsibilities: To build and grow the banks Trade Finance & Services portfolio and overall business. Develop detailed account plan and execution strategy for each client and conduct periodic reviews to ensure alignment with account plan. Prospect and identify corporate clients with strong Trade potential (NTBs) Demonstrate strong knowledge of competitors products, market landscape on Trade and Capital Account business Provide inputs on products, service levels and product features to product and strategy teams to help develop a best-in-class Transaction Banking suite of products. Provide inputs on sales strategy for setting up Trade Finance and services Own, articulate & execute business strategy covering product development management, sales & service delivery so as to achieve trade target Updating & training Relationship Managers on Trade & Capital Account Products Ensure timely implementation of client deals and assist them for resolution of transactional queries Housekeeping - managing of deferrals in a timely manner Build industry knowledge in certain sectors that would help manage the portfolio Educational Qualifications: Graduation Any graduate Post Graduation - Any post-graduate Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in trade sales,
