Designation: Assistant Manager Updated: February 21, 2025 Location: Karnataka, India Organization: Apparels Job Description: The job context of this position is to ensure smooth & efficient functioning of international travel portfolio that includes areas like Visa, Foreign exchange and international ticketing. Maintaining high service standards with internal & external customers. Major Challenges includes- Proper documentation for through Visa agencies and getting the visa as per requirements of our internal customer like multiple country visa, long term visa, renewal of visa etc. Foreign exchange support as per the country of travel and also the submission and settlement of accounts post travel. Travel Insurance and Hotel arrangements. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions International Travel Booking Support in international ticketing. Advising the smart travel routes/ connection in terms of cost/ time of travel etc. International Travel - VISA and Documentation Visa processing as per requirement. Coordination in getting VISA appointments. Support in online VISA processing etc International Travel - ForEx Management Foreign Exchange- Arranging the foreign exchange as per the travel destination. Support in settlement of foreign exchange post exchange International Travel - Insurance and Assistance Travel Insurance Assistance in hotel booking outside India Travel MIS Maintaining complete MIS related to International travel. Vendor Management Control and Monitoring over the work by vendors related to international travel . Coordination with regards to timely completion of work and documentation etc. Qualifications: Under Graduate Minimum Experience Level: 5-10 Years Report to: General Manager,
