IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS & SELECTION FOR RIGHT CANDIDATES

  • Urgently required dynamic experienced and mature Pharma sales professionals to lead state level teams for fast growing and ambitious pharma formulations co.
  • 1 RSM each required to handle and manage W.Bengal & MP resp.
  • Salary Rs 5 to 6 lakhs pa plus target based incentives. Higher salary can be negotiated for candidates with excellent track record of developing markets and achieving targets

KRA

  • Achieve regional objectives in terms of market presence, brand building, sales / revenue performance, customer satisfaction, sales team motivation and retention

Responsibilities:

  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan
  • Maintain & expand customer base by counseling Area Manager & FSOs
  • Build & maintain rapport with key customers & identifying new customer opportunities
  • Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying customers needs and trends; tracking competitors activities in the market
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, retain and lead a region to ensure strong, consistent performance that consistently exceed brand objectives and product sales goals while consistently demonstrating accountability for all results.
  • Consistently execute short training on products with the field sales team during field work/ meetings that ensure that they are viewed by their customers as the top experts in the field.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with all members of the region, the sales team, the commercial team and other internal stakeholders to proactively analyze and address customer needs, market dynamics and trends that support brand and collaboration objectives.
  • Closely monitor all field activity and performance with attention towards compliance in all areas

Candidate profile

  • Ideal age profile 35 to 40 years
  • Should have managed team size of at least 10 sales personnel
  • Should have handled sales for entire state for at least 1 year
  • Must have achieved sales volumes of at least 15 to 20 lakhs pm
  • Bachelor degree required, (Science / Pharmacy preferred)
  • PG in sales / pharma marketing would be an advantage
  • Minimum of 7-8 years of pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical experience with successful years of sales leadership/management history.
  • Excellent knowledge of the market / state / region with good understanding of areas of potential and market penetration
  • Experience in meeting dermatologists & GPs successful record of hiring, coaching, developing, promoting, and retaining top talent within span of control
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proven success and positive track record of performance in growing market share in a competitive marketplace with diverse customer segments with a high degree of integrity
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to remain current on healthcare/disease-state trends
  • Ability to analyze sales and other relevant market data to formulate strategic plans and execute plans for success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication / interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate high initiative and follow-up
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Ability and willing to travel extensively with local and regional influence
