Job Description Responsibilities : Lead the planning, design, and execution of the migration from Cisco Viptela SD-WAN to Cisco Meraki SD-WAN/SASE. Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure network solutions, including SD-WAN and SASE implementations. Develop network architecture roadmaps and strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, cloud, infrastructure) to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Meraki SD-WAN solutions. Work with vendors and partners to evaluate and select appropriate technologies. Conduct comprehensive network assessments and audits to identify potential challenges, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities. Optimize network performance, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring and analysis. Configure and manage Meraki SD-WAN devices, ensuring optimal performance and security. Train and mentor junior network engineers on Meraki SD-WAN technologies and best practices. Stay updated with the latest developments in SD-WAN, SASE, cloud networking, and security technologies to ensure the implementation of best practices. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve network capabilities. Create and maintain detailed network architecture documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering and architecture. Proven experience with Meraki Switches, Mist Wireless, Zscaler, Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, and Cisco Meraki SD-WAN/SASE. Deep understanding of SD-WAN and SASE architectures. Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security principles. Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or Meraki certifications are highly desirable. Experience with cloud networking concepts and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
