Responsibilities:-

Sourcing & Screening profiles from various Resources which includes Job Portals & Social networking sites.

Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

Shortlisting candidates on basis of technical skills, soft skills and fitment as per the requirement

Coordinating interviews with the client HR

Follow up on the interview process status

Performing reference and background checks

Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Completing timely reports on employment activity

Bringing job seekers and employers together
