• Job Purpose: Have strong technical background, hands-on experience in managing multiple teams for SAP application interface, Independent working, Skilled on NETWORKING, Switching and Routing.
• Job Responsibilities
•  KRAs and KPIs:- 1.      Perform User administration and Role / Profile Assignment and Daily Monitoring Tasks.2.      Evaluating IT infrastructure and capabilities, as well as facilitating cost-effective improvements.3.      Optimize business processes by integrating customized SAP solutions.4.        Distribute the online SAP user workload and monitor and manage the SAP background job workload.5.      Customizing existing programs and adding new programs to a single SAP-integrated platform.6.      Providing SAP end-user training and support.7.      Documenting SAP processes and preparing progress reports.8.      SAP B1 troubleshooting and maintenance/ upgrades/ installations.9.      Prepare and maintain system documentation, procedures, and standards.10.    Keeping informed of the latest SAP updates, developments, and offerings11.    Perform SAP Installation, Post installation, client administration, System Refresh and Post-Refresh activities.12.    Perform parameter modification, Buffer, memory management, performance tuning and troubleshoot13.    Perform SAP Licensing Identify inactive user, user classification and prepare System Measurement result.14.    System up time and running with better performance15.    Complying with industry regulations
• Desired Skills and Competencies
• -         Graduate or Diploma in SAP Application-         SAP certification-         A minimum of (5 8) years of experience as an SAP business analyst in a similar industry-         Solid knowledge of Mfg. business process and their integration with SAP systems-         Ability to perform under pressure-         High level of integrity-         Multi-tasking abilities-        Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities-        Advanced ability to manage projects and provide leadership-      
•   MUST HAVE OWN CONVEYANCE
