Experience in implementing Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Service Catalogue, SLA, Knowledge Management, Software Asset Management, Facilities Management
Hands on Service Now scripts like UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Jelly Script, Business Rules, Client Script, Script Includes, Ajax, UI actions and UI policy
Configured simple, medium and complex Service Catalog requests
Customizing the forms and implementing the business logic using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Polices.
Creating the Workflows for the catalog items.
