Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications using Java and ReactJS.

Architect and implement scalable microservices with secure and robust backend services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver solutions that meet Fortune 10 companies' standards.

Implement DevOps pipelines for CI/CD, monitoring, and automation to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of applications.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex system issues.

Drive technical best practices, mentor junior team members, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate them into the development processes.

Required Skills and Experience

Core Development Expertise:

Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar frameworks).

Hands-on experience with ReactJS for front-end development.

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

DevOps Skills:

Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.

Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Other Key Skills:

Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

Strong understanding of software design principles, scalability, and security.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Java, DevOps, or Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Kubernetes Administrator).

Experience working with Fortune 500 or Fortune 10 companies.

Exposure to big data and analytics platforms is a plus.
