- Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges As a Director of Building Automation (BA) Adv Tech / Architecture & Innovation (AI/ML, Control Science, Wireless) here at Honeywell, you will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise in the field of AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless. You will be responsible for driving innovation and incubating cutting-edge solutions in AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless. Your strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's Building Automation business. You will report directly to our Senior Director Engineering of BA HTS India and youll work out of our Bangalore, India location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development and implementation of AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless strategies, driving technical excellence and innovation within the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML, Control Science and Wireless strategies to drive business growth and innovation, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless team. Drive research and development activities to explore and implement new methodologies and best practices in AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless. Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to align AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless initiatives with overall business objectives. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field 12+ years of experience in AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless, with a focus on developing and implementing innovative solutions Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders Ability to lead and inspire a team of technical experts WE VALUE Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field Experience in leading AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless teams in a global organization Proven track record of driving successful AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless projects and initiatives Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, models, and systems Experience in developing and implementing AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless strategies Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability Additional Information JOB ID: HRD249310 Category: Engineering Location: Devarabisanahalli Village, KR Varturhobli,,East Taluk - Phase I,Bangalore,KARNATAKA,560103,India Exempt,
