In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms. Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand goals. Research trends, audience behavior, and competitors to optimize content. Plan and manage a content calendar for consistent posting. Collaborate with designers to create engaging content. Write captions and ad copy that drive engagement and conversions. Analyze content performance using tools like Meta Insights and Google Analytics. Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and best practices. Experiment with new formats and storytelling to boost engagement. Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content. Generate reports on content performance, engagement, and growth. What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and content strategy in an agency setting. Strong understanding of social media platforms. Proficiency in content planning, copywriting, and visual storytelling. Familiar with social media analytics tools. Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations is a plus.,
