We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Dahej as Assistant Manager - Plant Controlling & Reporting. Can you say yes Do you treat your colleagues with respect Do you always have the customer in mind Do you act with future generations in mind Do you like to seek out opportunities to grow and develop Do you have a proven track record of delivering results What Youll Be Doing Seeking an experienced resource to oversee our Capex Investments incl. Plant controlling, financial management, financial planning and analysis for manufacturing footprint expansion. The role will also have elements of FP&A incl. driving specific business projects: Fixed assets Management Accounting & management Review and verify capex, track budget vs. actuals Track fixed assets spends for correct booking as per WBS structure and internal policies. Maintain & Control Fixed assets register including month end closing and Depreciation run. Responsible for preparation of all reports and schedules and audits Drive process efficiency incl. monthly / quarterly plant reviews focusing on yields, FMOH, productivity funneling and tracking etc Out of box thinker working closely with plant teams for identification and implementation of productivity measures Well versed with financial modelling incl. management reporting, profitability and ROI analysis Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and forecasting Driving automation incl. SAP, automatic Dashboards leveraging Power BI and Tableau What Wed Love For You To Have We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values. If you have experience in the following areas this is an added advantage: Experience in working with global teams and working in a cross-functional environment. Strong business expertise and analytical skills. Ownership and accountability to drive execution with result orientation Positive attitude, innovative and creative thinker Sound experience in SAP operations (COPA / CO module) Computer literacy and excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with senior management Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years plus of experience/ manufacturing / MNC background. Have worked in FP&A / Plant controllership roles with knowledge of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Should worked in SAP ERP environment.
