- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Superuser HRMS (HRMS Administrator) to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA in Human Resources and bring 8-12 years of hands-on experience in HRMS implementation and management. As the HRMS Administrator, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our HR Management System, ensuring it aligns with our HR goals and organizational objectives. Qualifications: Education: MBA in Human Resources Experience: 8-12 years of experience in HRMS implementation, administration, and management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), SQL, and data analysis tools. Core Competencies: Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in user training and support. Age: The incumbent should be in the age group of 30-35.
