- Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Company: Hooqx LLC Location: Chandannagar, Hooghly, West Bengal-712136 Salary: INR 35,00045,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: Hooqx LLC is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our development team and drive technological innovation. The ideal candidate should be from Hooghly or Howrah, have an IT background as a developer, and possess strong expertise in PHP, HTML, and WordPress. The CTO will be responsible for managing the technical team, ensuring project deadlines are met, and aligning technology strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the web development team to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the companys vision. Oversee the development and maintenance of PHP, HTML, and WordPress-based projects. Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Mentor and train team members to enhance productivity and efficiency. Identify and integrate new technologies to improve workflows and operations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Requirements: Must be from Hooghly or Howrah. Proven experience as a developer with expertise in PHP, HTML, and WordPress. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a CTO or senior technical leadership role. Experience in handling web development projects from start to finish. Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks is a plus.
