- Seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to Join Our Stealth Startup! About Us: We are an emerging startup operating in stealth mode, focused on revolutionizing our industry with cutting-edge technology. Our mission is to create impactful solutions that address real-world challenges, and were assembling a team of forward-thinkers to turn this vision into reality. The startup has also been scouted by two VCs who plan to give us our seed funding once we have our MVP developed. The Opportunity: As our CTO, you will be a co-founder and instrumental in defining and executing our technical strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll have the autonomy to build and scale our technology stack, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Technical Vision: Develop and implement the overall technical strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and scalability requirements. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development process of our platform, from architecture design to deployment, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with other co-founders to integrate technical considerations into strategic decisions and product roadmaps. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and maintaining system security. What Were Looking For: Experience: Proven track record as a full-stack developer with experience in architecting and scaling web applications. Previous startup experience is a plus. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineering teams, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a willingness to wear multiple hats. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
