Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decisions. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and track variances to ensure accurate financial planning. Data Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models for business analysis, project evaluation, and strategic planning Cost Analysis: Create project cost sheets, conduct profitability analysis, and present segmental performance insights to management Business Case Development: Work with business teams to develop financial models and support strategic bids and tender processes. KPI Management: Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and provide insights on business performance. SaaS & Subscription Metrics (If Applicable): Analyze metrics such as MRR, ARR, ACV, LTV, CAC, churn, and retention to support growth strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with management and business teams to support ongoing financial reporting and analysis requirements. Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and implement SOPs for financial reports to enhance efficiency and consistency. Data-Driven Insights: Extract and analyze data from ERP, CRM, finance, or subscription billing platforms to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A masters degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, advanced formulas). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and finance systems for data extraction and analysis. Knowledge of SaaS metrics and financial management in subscription-based business models. Ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.,
