We have solidified our position as a leading data curation and management service provider across industry verticals. We currently work with curating highly specific data for training Generative AI models. About the Role: We seek a skilled IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with firewall setup, data privacy, and handling multiple operating systems, including macOS, Windows, and Linux. Responsibilities: System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and mobile devices. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime. Ensure all software is licensed and up-to-date. Responsibility for the on- and off-boarding of our. employees (creating accounts, assigning licenses, setting up the hardware as well as taking care of its hand-out and return, documentation) Administer and Maintain the IT inventory and document the asset details Upgrade systems with new releases and models. Network Management: Installing and configuring Optical fiber and wireless networks on the office premises. Set up and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and other network security measures. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance. Security & Privacy: Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Operating System Expertise: Provide support and maintenance for macOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems. Ensure compatibility and smooth operation across different OS environments. Technical Support: Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees. Resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently. Backup & Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans. Ensure regular backups are performed and can be restored when necessary. Documentation & Training: Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems and processes. Provide training to staff on IT policies and best practices. Required Qualifications: Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role. Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing macOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems. Experience with firewall setup, intrusion detection, network security, and VPN configuration. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices. Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus,
