    Overview The role: Join our ambitious and world-class Global Operations FP&A team at Herbalife International as an Assistant Manager, FP&A. Support financial planning and analysis activities across time zones and help drive our global financial strategy forward from our Bangalore, Karnataka, India office. This outstanding opportunity allows you to work in a multifaceted environment where your efforts will make a significant impact on our global operations. Job Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for Direct and Indirect spend categories. Support the development of financial models and forecasts to advise decision-making. Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze financial data. Supervise metrics and offer insights to enhance business performance. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Participate in the annual budgeting and planning process. Adapt to working within different time zones to support global operations. Support and plan work in areas of transportation, distribution, logistics, and expense governance for the global operations function. Build and maintain relationships with business partners and teams at all levels of the organization. Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required. Skills And Background Required To Be Successful Education Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Skills 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
