Job Description

Years of Experience: 8 to 10 years Work Location: Pillaipakkam - Kanchipuram Job Description: Knowledge and experience on Special processes such as Black oxide, Passivation, Powder Coating and Phosphating process. Developed and implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs) for powder coating processes. Conducted regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Perform quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes. Develop and implement quality control plans for sheet metal products, including powder coating and black oxide applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall product reliability. Qualification: Bachelors degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in powder coating or a related industry. Proven leadership and supervisory experience. Strong understanding of powder coating processes and equipment. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.,
