Lead supplier capacity study kick off for IMG related Powertrain programs by working with CPAT/ Sales/Op plan/Purchasing/STA and Global teams as per GPDS milestones. Responsible to Analyze the Capacity data & manufacturing constraints at supplier end to ensure suppliers readiness for new launches / existing programs powertrain. Business/Engineering degree / MBA preferred 10+ years experience in related disciplines Management of large workforce with diverse responsibilities and locations Ability and patience to teach, transfer knowledge and develop employees for leadership positions Ability to create innovative ideas to drive significant cultural and business practice changes Knowledge of MP&L Operations & Systems Proven capability to build and sustain cohesive teams that embrace one Ford behaviors. Strong English language capability, cultural awareness/sensitivity Ability to interface with senior leadership Strong presentation and interpersonal relations skills to engage employees at all levels Represent IMG in Capacity Planning forums to support capacity studies for globally shared powertrain commodities. Lead Short term capacity studies to meet the monthly operating plan by working with Purchase/STA/ MP&L teams/Suppliers. Support monthly programming process in SPCPS system Ensure Buildable capacity in Operating plan To develop the current status including demand and supply for any constraints reported. Develop constraint commodity summary report and provide supporting data to drive decision, utilizing standard Constraint Management formats and methodologies. Lead constraints discussions with SCM/ Purchase / STA /Suppliers to identify ICA/PCA to meet the production/releases. Represent in Global Constraints forums (GCAC) to support GCAC allocation for shared constraints. Communicate and implement the allocations. Support team for development & continuous process improvements. Drive innovations to enhance capacity planning and constraint management process.,
