Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Time- 10.00 am to 6.30 pm 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive with B2B sales experience to join our team in a leading HR Executive Search firm. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales efforts to expand our presence in the HR industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities within the HR executive search market.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential corporate clients.
• Conduct market research and identify key decision-makers for lead generation.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve business growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client on-boarding and satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR, recruitment, or related services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
