Powered by more than 84,000 entrepreneurial professionals across more than 30 countries, it caters to over 700 clients with its extensive domain and technology expertise to help drive superior competitive differentiation, customer experiences, and business outcomes Job Role: VOIPIP Telephony Administrator Experience: 5 to 8 Years Work Mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Full Time CTC: hidden_mobile to hidden_mobile LPA Location: Mumbai(Mahape) Notice period: Immediate to 30 days Job Description Mandatory Skills: Network Voice,VOIPIP Telephony, Cisco IP,MS Teams Good knowledge and Hands on experience in setting up Teams for audio calls and migrating from Cisco IP TelephonyVoice setup to MS teams Administer Monitor MS Teams tenants including Create MS Teams user account for configuration support Add user account credentials to Secrete Server and notify support Add direct routing domains to office 365 tenant Create user accounts for direct routing domains Configure and test team direct routing Manage telephone numbers Administer Monitor of the SBC including Add monitor and manage the Ribbon SBC with full network inventory Manage orchestration for instantiation of session management and policy control network functions Administration user privilege levels with audit trails Manage integration with devicespecific management tools and support of flowthrough provisioning Set alarm rules filtering and alarm forwarding Perform call history and call trace for deep diagnostics Setup alarm resynchronization Good knowledge and Hands on experience in setting up Teams for audio calls and migrating from Cisco IP TelephonyVoice setup to MS teams,
