About Us WellnessLoka is a wellness-focused travel company based in Kochi that aims to help wellness enthusiasts discover and book authentic Ayurveda and Yoga retreats. Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ayurveda Doctor to join our team in Kochi. The Ayurveda Consultant will be responsible for guiding wellness enthusiasts to choose the right Ayurveda retreat. This is a full-time hybrid role, with a mix of on-site and remote work flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Online Consultation: Provide online consultation to potential customers to help them demystify Ayurveda procedures and guide them to select the ideal wellness retreat, by understanding their wellness or curative needs, providing personalized recommendations, and guiding them through the booking process. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of WellnessLoka's offerings, partner properties, and wellness travel trends to effectively communicate value to customers. Content Creation: Lead the content creation on Ayurveda and wellness practices by providing guidance to the team Video Presenter: Serve as the video presenter for WellnessLokas Ayurveda-related content, simplifying complex Ayurveda concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand videos for our audience. Customer Engagement: Build and nurture customer relationships through excellent communication, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to their wellness journey. Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between customers and the company, providing valuable feedback to improve our offerings and customer experience. Qualifications: Minimum Qualification B.A.M.S At least 1 year experience, in Ayurveda/Yoga resorts/hospitals Excellent English communication skills. Basics of French, German or Russian would be an added advantage A good understanding of Ayurveda wellness and curative packages, Yoga and meditation Quick response time Knack for sales would be an added advantage Deep knowledge of wellness travel destinations, retreats, and holistic well-being practices Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for wellness and travel.
