Automation and Workflow Management: Create and maintain automated workflows using Journey Builder to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and conversion. Set up automated customer journeys based on triggers such as behavior, preferences, or lifecycle stages. Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), and ROI. Leverage Marketing Cloud Analytics tools to deliver insights into customer engagement, content effectiveness, and campaign performance. Use analytics to continuously optimize campaigns for better results. Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, and customer service) to ensure seamless campaign execution. Contribute to the development of a broader marketing strategy, helping to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, automation, and customer engagement. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies or delivery issues within SFMC. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including working with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and other SFMC tools. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and JavaScript to manipulate data and create custom email templates and journeys. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, or similar platforms. Understanding of data management best practices and segmentation techniques. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.,
