Urgent Opening for Purchase Manager

Qualification - BE / ME/ B. Tech / M. Tech (Instrumentation / Electrical )

Experience -7+ yrs.

Job Location- IB Automation Engineering Projects Pvt. Ltd., Shivajinagar, Pune.

Responsibilities -

• Responsible for Vendor Development.
• Understanding technical requirements.
• Should have a strong experience of purchasing materiel PLC, SCADA, Control panels, electrical switch gears, VFD drives, Cables, etc.
• Should have a strong experience of purchasing Automation and electrical projects solutions items.
• Good negotiation skills, vendor base and purchasing in the given budget.
• Material availability on time, with GST invoice, DC etc. documentation.
• Material without approved POs (Purchase order) should not be purchased.
• Approved BOM with budget from BUH and VP.
• Preparation of PO, approved by VP and BUH.
• Advance payment with 5% COD (Cash on discount).
• Responsible for Planning, Material Managing, developing & improving the purchase operations.
• Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships.
• Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered received.
• Transit increase shall be done if IB scope for material above one lac value.
