We are inviting applications for the role of Manager/Senior Manager Recruiter (End-to-End Process) Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Drive initiatives to enhance talent acquisition processes and outcomes. Operational Management: Oversee the recruitment operations for global or regional teams. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for external recruitment support. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines. Represent the organization in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives. Innovation and Process Excellence: Implement technology-driven solutions to improve recruitment efficiency. Drive compliance with hiring policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Relevant years of experience in recruitment, with relevant years in a leadership role. Expertise in ATS platforms, analytics, and recruitment technologies. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record in managing large-scale hiring projects. Certifications in leadership or advanced recruitment practices. Key Skills And Attributes Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
