CSS services team sells from a broad IT-services portfolio both in fixed price and T&M basis. CSS services are typically requested by large Oracle customers that require the utmost attention to real mission critical applications and processes. CSS covers the majority of large-scale Oracle customers. Job Responsibilities: To ensure overall governance and technical service delivery for customers. Help customers maximize the business value of their Oracle investments while minimizing risk. Interface with customers IT teams regularly, either on-site or remotely. Diagnose and resolve moderate to complex technical issues related to Oracle Golden Gate. Provide recommendations on installation, maintenance, and best practices for Oracle Golden Gate. Implement repair solutions and workarounds for Golden Gate-related issues. Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping management informed on progress. Mandatory Skills: Min 6+ years strong experience with Oracle Golden Gate for cross-platform replication. Expertise in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Oracle Golden Gate. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. Ability to provide technical recommendations and best practices. Strong communication and customer engagement skills. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.,
