- Job Code MGR1832 Designation Deputy Manager - Product Content Writing Business Vertical Malabar Head Quarters Job Summary Functional Responsibilities Responsible for developing and producing high-quality written content for web pages, including articles, blog posts, product descriptions, landing page copy, and other textual materials by conducting research, writing original content. Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing content elements such as images, infographics, videos, and illustrations that enhance the website's overall visual impact. Integrate search engine optimization (SEO) techniques into the content creation process to improve the visibility of the website in search engine results by conducting keyword research and optimizing meta tags, headlines, and content structure to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Ensure that the website's content is organized, accessible, and user-friendly. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to create intuitive navigation, a clear information hierarchy, and engaging interactive elements that enhance the user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute content strategies that align with the website's goals and target audience, including understanding user persons, conducting content audits, and developing content plans to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across the website. Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines; proofread and revise content to ensure it is error-free and presents a consistent and professional tone. Manage and update website content using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. Utilize web analytic tools such as Google Analytics to track content performance, user engagement metrics, and conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web designers, developers, marketers, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and ensure that the content aligns with the overall website strategy. Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content design and web development, which includes attending conferences, participating in the relevant training program, and staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in web content design. Internal process Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the Standard Operating Procedures in the section. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as & when required within the specified time period.
