Preparing work orders for the projects and monitoring relevant works to be completed within the timeframe. Preparing comparisons and conducting technical meetings with the vendors. BOQ & Drawing arrangement from Architect & consultant. Desired Profile Candidate should have experience of 8 to 10 Years. Qualification should be Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical from a regular institution. Candidate should have experience from a Real Estate background.
